Myles Stroud

Co-founder

Myles grew up in Wichita, Kansas, in a working-class home grounded in Midwestern values that developed his passion for service. Playing football and wrestling taught him the value of teamwork and leadership.

Myles carried those values to Harvard University, where he earned a degree in Government and trained and served as an emergency medical technician, before being commissioned as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. In the Marines, he led teams of 60-200 and deployed to Afghanistan.

After the Marine Corps, Myles earned an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and joined McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations, spanning the full spectrum from diligence to shop-floor implementation.

He and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Charlotte, North Carolina with their son, Jameson, and goldendoodle, Cooper. In his free time, Myles enjoys hunting, lawn care, and home improvement projects.
